Lifting Device Return Policy

Items to be returned MUST BE UNUSED and in
like-new condition.
Request for return MUST be made within 30 days
of the original shipment date (not receipt date).

Contact Lift-All’s customer service department
to obtain an RMA number; no returns will be
accepted without it.
A restocking fee of 25% shall be charged for all
authorized returns.
•
Credit will be issued after receipt, inspection, and
acceptance of the return.
•
Custom (non-standard) items or modi昀椀ed items
are non-returnable and non-refundable.
